  • Insolvency planning to minimize or eliminate the loss of assets and to maximize the preservation of current assets and the rebuilding of future wealth.

  • Counseling to explore appropriate relief without resort to bankruptcy, such as troubled loan workouts or informal debt restructuring.

  • Bankruptcy representation under Chapters 7, 11, and 13 of the United States Bankruptcy Code.

2. Creditor Representation - representing those affected by a bankruptcy proceeding, or other insolvency-related circumstance, in regard to a debt obligation or other relationship with one who is in the process of seeking protection under the bankruptcy laws, including:

  • Pre-bankruptcy counseling and collection procedures with a view to minimize or eliminate the risk that bankruptcy intervention will result in harm to the client.

  • Bankruptcy representation to enforce the full range of creditors' rights and remedies available under bankruptcy law to maximize the efficient recovery of debt incurred before a bankruptcy petition was filed.

  • Representation of creditors of the bankruptcy estate in the collection of debt incurred by the debtor or the bankruptcy estate after a bankruptcy petition has been filed.

3. Miscelaneous Bankruptcy Representation - representing parties in interest who are neither debtors nor creditors but ho are engaging, or intend to engage, in transactions in a bankruptcy case or who otherwise find themselves involved in a bankruptcy case, including:
