- Pre-bankruptcy counseling and collection procedures with a view to minimize or eliminate the risk that bankruptcy intervention will result in harm to the client.
- Bankruptcy representation to enforce the full range of creditors' rights and remedies available under bankruptcy law to maximize the efficient recovery of debt incurred before a bankruptcy petition was filed.
- Representation of creditors of the bankruptcy estate in the collection of debt incurred by the debtor or the bankruptcy estate after a bankruptcy petition has been filed.
3. Miscelaneous Bankruptcy Representation - representing parties in interest who are neither debtors nor creditors but ho are engaging, or intend to engage, in transactions in a bankruptcy case or who otherwise find themselves involved in a bankruptcy case, including:
- Bankruptcy representation involving the acquisition of assets from a bankruptcy estate.
- Representation of entities who are defendants in litigation instituted by a debtor or a bankruptcy trustee for the recovery of money or property.
- Representation of Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 trustees in bankruptcy proceedings.
- Representation of professionals involved in a bankruptcy proceeding to ensure compliance with all employment provisions of the bankruptcy code and to ensure payment for services rendered.
